One price per mailbox. Monthly or yearly.

Choose a plan and how many mailboxes you need: you can add more whenever you like. You complete the purchase in the panel and pay on a secure Stripe page. Prices exclude VAT.

Each mailbox is a seat: within the seats you bought you can create, delete and recreate mailboxes at no extra cost.

    The email essentials, for resellers only: it is activated through the reseller price list.

Net prices in euros, excluding VAT: VAT is worked out when you order, from the tax details you provide.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price per mailbox?

Yes. Each mailbox is a seat: you pay for the seats you buy and, as long as you stay within that number, you can create, delete and recreate mailboxes at no extra cost.

Is the plan per domain or per customer?

Per customer: all mailboxes across your domains share the same plan and the same seats.

Can I add mailboxes later?

Yes, from the panel, whenever you like. Extra seats are charged right away, pro rata for the days left in the period; a reduction applies from the next period.

How much storage does a mailbox get?

Every mailbox starts with the storage included in the plan. You can assign an expansion to a single mailbox, up to the plan's maximum storage. Files sent as links do not use mailbox storage.

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card, through Stripe: your card details never touch our servers. You manage the payment method and invoices from the panel.

What does the AI assistant do, and what does it read?

It answers questions about your email using metadata only: deliveries, spam verdicts, DNS, settings. It reads a message's content only when you ask it to, for that message, and it always states that you are talking to an artificial intelligence.
